Send us your suspension notice and five quick answers. A person reviews it by hand and tells you, in plain English, whether appealing is realistically worth your time, before you spend a cent.
This site was built by a Central Valley business owner who had his own Google Ads account suspended, paid a consultant more than $3,000 for help, and built the systematic version of what actually worked. The free triage exists because that first honest answer is worth more than anything else in this process.
Submit your suspension notice (copy and paste the text of the notice, or the reason shown in your account) and answer five short questions about your account and what happened.
A person, not a bot, reviews your notice and answers within 24 hours. We look at the specific policy involved and what typically happens with cases like yours.
You'll hear back with one of two things: an honest "this isn't realistically appealable, and here's why," or "this looks appealable," along with a flat-fee quote for a full engagement. Either way, the triage itself costs nothing.
No one can guarantee what Google decides. We have no special relationship with Google, no back channel, and no ability to influence their review. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. What we can do is give you an honest, informed read based on the policy involved, and prepare the strongest case for you to submit yourself.
If we assess your case as unlikely to be won, we tell you that in the free triage and stop there. We don't take payment for a full engagement on a case we don't believe is worth appealing. That's the point of the free triage: find out before you spend money, not after.
